| We've never had a purebred, but our first was part Maine Coon, and I just love those. Of course, I also love our current girl who appears to be part Norwegian Forest cat, and the new kitten who is part Siamese...I think those are all great breeds. We have been talking about going into breeding either the Maine Coons or Wegies after my husband retires (about 6 more years), but right now the Navy keeps us moving around too much to think about anything like that!

I used to think I liked Persians until I had one....
I love just your plain ol domestic short hair mix breed cat. But Chloe has some Russian Blue in her and she resembles the breed an awful lot in great detail. I have to say she is by far the coolest cat I have ever had.
