Are you bathing her EVERY week? If so, that's really too often, and could be leading to dry skin, which could be leading to the dandruff. I would just brush her a lot, and bathe no more often than once a month, if you must bathe her. I've never bathed my cats, it's really not necessary. Frequent brushing is a very good thing, though.
