I had the sweetest little Burmese cat for many years. He was always full of life and love. No one, not even dog people, could resist him. I miss him still. They are a very interactive and clever breed. He loved everyone and stayed a kitten at heart until the day he quietly died in his sleep.

I voted for American Shorthair and Scottish Fold, but I also like Persians a lot!

If I had a choice I would say the * ragdoll*.
That breed was not offered in the poll.
But, Einstein is a allround Cat and we love it even more.

I LOVE Birmans and Ragdolls. They are so cute (especially the kittens! ) but they love people so much! Lap cats!

I have a baby Ragdoll at the moment (13 weeks ) and he is beautiful! I love him to bits!

I have to say, my favorite cat is a somali or a turkish Van. I like Siamese, Bengals, and Savannahs, but those two just top it off.

Ragdoll and Birman are my favorites. We have a baby Ragdoll right now and hope to adopt an adult Birman or Ragdoll soon.

If I had to pick just one, it would have to be Maine Coon... but I also think Ragdolls are so easy to fall in love with!

My favorite is the Siamese. They have cute faces and love to talk! Even thought I have never had a Siamese, Coco has lots of it in her.

I love my ragdolls. They are really cute cats.
they are look like stuff toys if you haven't seen them in your rag, please be careful you might step on them.

My favortie cat is by far the one I adopte from the shelter it's my opinion it's better to save a shelter cats life rather than looking for a purebreed!

I like the Maine Coon they are big and beautiful sturdy cats I also like which ever cat comes my way I'm not picky all cats are beautiful jewels.

For me, I love the Egyptian Mau the best. I've had siamese, himmies, and persians, but when I got my little Egyptian Mau girl, Isis, I am just head-over in love with the breed. I hope to get another when I can, and are able to.

Rusty Jack SuperCat is one magnificent animal! And you are so right, all breeds seem to have something special to commend them.

My favorites would be Ragdoll, Scottish Fold, and Domestic Shorthair. The order of preference changes constantly - which cat am I currently holding? Which one did I most recently hold? Right now I'd vote for Ragdoll, but five minutes from now it might be my Scottish Fold!

My Rusty is a Siberian -- he is really a small human in an orange coat. He is so amazing - astounding!

I used to think I liked Persians until I had one....

I love just your plain ol domestic short hair mix breed cat. But Chloe has some Russian Blue in her and she resembles the breed an awful lot in great detail. I have to say she is by far the coolest cat I have ever had.

We've never had a purebred, but our first was part Maine Coon, and I just love those. Of course, I also love our current girl who appears to be part Norwegian Forest cat, and the new kitten who is part Siamese...I think those are all great breeds. We have been talking about going into breeding either the Maine Coons or Wegies after my husband retires (about 6 more years), but right now the Navy keeps us moving around too much to think about anything like that!

All cats are my favorite, weather it be purebread or mixed.. I think that you don't have to go to breeders to get full breed cats you can find them shelters or through resue groups... but all mine are mixed breeds some look like full breed cats that is close enough for me... I like the phrase don't breed or buy while shelter cats die and I tried to rescue from the shelter and was turned away because they said I had to many...

personally i like the really weird breeds for example the sphynx,manx,and at the moment that's all i can think of but i guess i like the breeds with weird names and looks. i know i sound like i'm really weird but hey if i don't like them who will .what i really like about the abnormal cats is it's really fun to try to spell the names of the breed.

My favs are Ocicat, Cornish Rex, Orientals.

I tend to like the more active, slender build type of cats. But also like the Tonkinese (natural mink or platinum)

I LOVE Birmans!! They are so majestic and beautiful. My favorite color is seal point. I have a male chocolate point birman named KC (kittycat). I also love ocicats. I love my male orange tabby ocicat, waylon jennings.

tonkinese,when I knew I was losing my 17 yr old tonkinese I promised my self I would have another. I made sure I did not have the same color. I love the breeds looks, energy and love at being around people. They are so personable.
