Mixed breeds. Pedigreed cats are rare and it would be very unusual for them to be running around loose and breeding. So, unless you buy a pedigreed cat from a breeder you are getting a mixed breed (or random bred ) cat.

Fluffy may either be a Maine Coon or Norwiegian Forest Cat.... And Kitti looks quite Bombay or Bombay/siamese mix, although that is quite unlikely since siamese coloration is a dominant gene.... Very bombay looking though.. Both very pretty cats!!!!! >^..^<

True Bombays have Copper eyes -- it is a very distinctive feature.

Your black cat looks like a Bombay to me too. I have two Bombay cats at home -- intense black short fur with those incredible eyes.

Your other furry one agreed is Maine Coonish.

Both are adorable and look very happy in your house.

i also have a black cat, although mine is alot darker than urs, he also has the same yellow-gold eye color and has extremely big eyes, its hard to tell though if they might be the same because mine is only 6 months old and looks to be alot bigger than both ur cats, i've given up on finding out what breed he is bacause of how he just looks like a cat, nothing really stands out that could identify what breed he is, i also have another kitten, who is about 7-8 months old, and who is also extremely huge, 4 or 5 inches longer that batman (my black kitten) and he is an orange tabby, lots of house cats are mixed breeds that really have no major breed, and i think that is what ur black cat is, although if ur vet does know what he is, please let me know

Hi. I'm not sure but your black cat looks like a Bombay. I have an all black cat with golden eyes also. I asked the vet what breed he is and she said he was a Bombay. Was I thrilled to hear that. You might check with your vet to see if your cat is. It's just my guess. Take care and good luck.

But if they are mixed breed, the characteristics could come through in other ways than color...He does appear to have a somewhat Siamese look in the shape of the face, as does our new kitten. He was identified as part Siamese due to the fact that some of his littermates were pointed, while he is actually all black, but quite angular, the way the oriental breeds tend to be. I guess he came from an orphaned litter, though, and there was no info on his mother.

I also agree that Fuzzy has a very Maine Coon look

They look like mixed breed shorthair cats. I don't see any one breed. Siamese are pointed cats and none are pointed. Orientals are long slendar cats. They are very pretty, but no real "breed".

I think they are just your regular mix breed kitties. My friends in Australia like to to use the affectionate term "moggies".

The first, her name is Fluffy (short for, Mrs. Fluffybutt). Why I named her this is obvious... she is the biggest fluffball I know. As you can see, she also has quite a sense of humor.

this is fluffy and my second cat, Kitti, on top of the fridge. I caught them in the middle of an intense love affair. Here you can see her body more clearly as well for ID purposes.

and finally, here she is lounging happily atop a speaker.

The next cat is named Kitti, he was my first cat and everyone naturally called him that so it stuck. For originality, i threw an I on the end. I've been told his eyes look siamese, and he is extremely muscular for a house cat. His face is full of expression, and after 2 years I can always tell what he's thinking just by looking at his face. I'd like to know if it is possible he is part siamese, or other type of exotic cat. It is hard to tell, I know, from these pictures, mostly because he squints when the flash goes off. Usually, his eyes are huge, wide and liquid.
