All of my cats, Simba, Loki, and Mugsy, love those little furry mice you can get cheap in petstores. I find their poor chewed-up mousie bodies under the furniture all the time. They turn up in the food dishes as well, odd. xD

Besides that, bunched-up bits of tinfoil and the little plastic thingies you get after opening the cap of a bottle of milk rate highly too.

I tend to stay away from the "fishing pole" types of toys. I had bought one of them when Loki and Simba were kittens, and carelessly left it on a chair. Simba happened to entwine himself in the line, obviously going after the toy at the end, and would surely have strangled to death if I hadn't been home at the time. It was horrifying. Please, if you have this type of toy, put it safely away after playing with your kitties.

i have 3 cats,

starlite, who i've had for almost 20 years

cheddar, who is about 7 months old

and batman, who is about 6 months old

starlite hates toys, she'll kill anything that gets near her, while both the kittens will play with anything including each other and starlite, who dose NOT want to be played with.

i've found that both of my kittens are godzilla sized and any toy i do buy is quickly "killed" so anything that wont die within 10 mins works

We bought them so many toys but our cats never really got into them. What they like the most are paper balls, small strips of cardboard that I roll up in a wheel and a wind up duckie and the best of all: The paper bag we get our Chinese food in. This is hours of fun for them!

Actually, my cat doesn't really like toys - except for a mouse on a string (fishing pole). And he likes to bat around bottlecaps.

Hi,

We have 3 cats, 2 Persians- one male, one female and 1 Abbysian - Female. All three cats love the Da Bird toys. They have wands with a feather, etc on them and a Da Bird fur thing that has cat nip in it with a feather on it.

Those feather toys they sure do love. Probably because they did go out and catch birds when they lived outside.

This really, really horrible looking blue rabbit's foot...Tucker loves carrying it around and dropping it where you're most likely to step on it.

Byakko's little thin things, he prefers them like a ring with some ribbons

My cats' favorite toy? Well ... what do I not want them to play with?

They love boxes, one loves small pieces of paper, two of them love a toy that's like a racoon's tail - I find that thing everywhere from the front door to in the bed below my pillow. And it also goes to the vet with them

I have spent LOTS of money on cat toys. They have their little tunnels, balls that make noise, balls that light up, jacks, a rat the runs around on the floor...all this expensive stuff..

But.....

Their favorite is a 2 dollar mouse that sqeaks when you touch it......How ironic.

My kittens favorite toy is the furry mice. But then again they are easy to please a crumled up piece of paper will do also. One time I was gooking with garlic and dropped one the outside skins on the floor..Lillian thought it was the best toy in the world.

Mainly feather toys, especially those on the "fishing rod" toys. Also are the rabbit-furred mice.
