I'm glad to see some people are voting in this poll. I own a Ragdoll and I used to own another Ragdoll. He died. I also own a Russian Blue Mix and a Maine Coon. I love them all. The Russian Blue Mix was adopted from the Humane society of Utah 3 years ago (by us of course). Thanks for voting!

I prefer my cats. But as a breed I would choose Egyptian Mau. But my cats are the loveliest in world (al least at my home).

I think the most perfect breed is always your breed. But I also think that most breeds are beautiful and very elegant.

I like black and white cats most of all, so I chose Other. XD I love all cats though.

Kearstie has very tightly folded ears - she looks more like an otter sometimes than a cat! She's very snuggly and cute. I remember my other Foldie had a kittenish look all her life - she died at 11 - and I'm betting Kearstie will too! She's a marmalade tabby with a white chin and big brown eyes. She's the smallest of my three cats but purrs the loudest!

Nope, don't have a Foldie yet, but hopefully someday when I'm out of grad school & settled down. I've always loved looking at pics of Folds, and it's sooooo cute how their folded ears tend to make their faces look so round! Definitely hope to have one someday.

One thing I def. like about this poll...there are lots of choices.

Mistress Muffin - you're right, there've been numerous polls regarding favorite cat breeds - but Catluva4eva is new to the forum and maybe didn't see some of the older posts.

I noted that you said you particularly like Scottish Folds, especially the Foldies - do you have one? They're somewhat of a rare breed, so I get excited to find someone else who has one or even knows what they are! I do have a Foldie, Kearstie is 15 months old. Previously I had two half-sisters a year apart, one who was a Foldie and one who had straight ears. Wonderful kitties - I look at a Scottish Fold's big round eyes and my heart melts!

Pure curiosity, but why post a duplicate topic? There are several polls on this board regarding favorite cats.

If I had to pick a fav, I'd say Scottish Fold, particularly those with folded ears.

I chose "Other" because your poll limits me to one choice - but I love Ragdolls, Scottish Folds, and mixed-breed calicos - I have one of each.
