I have multiple cats peeing my kitchen counters and stove.  im goinig crazy.  I foster cats for a cat rescue and its them that are doing it not my own cats, but ive had these cats sense hey were kittens.  Ive tried aluminum foil, spray bottle, fan on, crating them, multiple litter boxes, etc. does anyone else have these problems?  or know of any other methods i can try.  this is just unsanitary.

I have had this problem in the past. It's awful!  especially the stove - I had to disassemble my stove to clean all the innards with nature's miracle to get the smell out. Nothing worse than cat pee except for Roasted Cat Pee.

From my experience, your kitty household is unhappy.  You may not have enough litter boxes or boxes that are suitable for the unhappy kitties. You should have one more litter box than the number of cats you have at the time, so if you have 3 cats and 3 fosters, you should have 7 litter boxes!

Make sure you follow the classic litter box rules as well - unscented scooping litter, scoop at least once per day, boxes must be away from food and water places, boxes need to be large enough and in a quiet area......

You do have multiple feeding and watering places, right?

While you're making your cats happier, try setting little dishes (pinch bowls or shot glasses) of strong essential oils (citrus and rosemary worked for me) on the counters and stove (after you've cleaned everything like crazy with an enzyme product).  Change or add more essential oils because the smell does dissipate.

If you are sure it's the fosters - get them to new homes asap so they don't get your cats into this awful habit!

Please let us know if this works for you!

So many cats...
Isn't it great?
