BREEDERS,

MY CALICO HAS TO HAVE SOME RELIEF, HER BREASTS ARE SERIOUSLY ENGORGED AND SHES IN PAIN, ANY WAY I CAN HELP HER! I DON'T WANT HER TO SUFFER.THE BABIES ARE ADOPTED OUT.

You'll need to put warm compresses on her. Call the vet and see how long you'll have to do this and how often.

How old were the kittens when you adopted out? Kittens should stay with mom/siblings for a good 10-12 weeks old. By that time, mom will be done nursing. Kittens will still nurse up to 3 months old if mom allows. When you pull them from mom too soon, both the kittens and mom will suffer. She's still producing milk as she was not ready to wean them.

I hope you have a spay scheduled for her so she doesn't have more kittens.

It sounds like she may have mastitis its an infection in the uterus and causes the tites to harden become hot and hard very painful as well.I had a female who had that and I took her to the vet and they gave her Clavamox and I applies warm clothes on her tites to help the milk to loosen up.
