It was 3 months ago today that we put our beloved Serpico down. Each day I miss him just a bit more but I realize I did the right thing by putting him out of his pain.
Please watch the video on You Tube in honor of him. He was certainly one of the best. The other "best's" are your cats and Serpico's lifelong pal Tang who is doing a bit better now but still misses him a lot.
The link to the video is below.

Serpico was a lovely cat. But when the hour arrives we have to let them go. I've seen in one of the images part of the belly shaved (or I think I've seen so). I suppose he was ill. After we try everything we must think what's better for him.

Same day you will find him on the other side.

No belly shaved for him. It was congestive heart failure, which I actually talked about in an earlier post if you are interested. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do.
Thank you for your kind words.

Breathing though the mouth is a very bad sign, except when they are very hot or stressed. It's very hard when you don't suspect it.

How is Tang now? Has she recover from her loss? They don't know what has happened so it's difficult for them to cope with this kind of things. If you take a kitten try taking up two. A little one could be very stressful for an old lady.

I'm so sorry for your lost, it's really difficult to let them go.

Seprico was a beautiful cat, and he knew you loved him so much.

But don't worry, he's in a better place
