| I think she is a tabby. I see her stripes. And many blue or black tabbies have an orange or beige belly. That is part of the definition of a tabby cat. But she isn't torbie. She doesn't have cream stripes. I think she is a blue tabby (or lilac I have never seen the difference) And, why do you call her poor Pea?. She is wonderful, never poor. And the stripes on the tail are very clear also.

| She's definitely a tabby - I'd call her a patched tabby. She sure is pretty!

| I call her "poor" Pea, because she's the only girl kitty, and she's kind of the odd man out, because the boys are fast friends, and she's put herself out in the cold. I call her poor, because as much a she wants to cuddle, she just can't force herself to sit in a lap. She gets this look on her face like "I can do this! I CAN do this... No i can't!"and runs away. She is beautiful, and she is Sweet, she's a wonderful mouser, and such a talker that I swear her command of english is impressive.

Well, I don't know about the other things, but being the only lady is easy to fix. You only need a little new lady  A friend of mine always say "cats are little things, you can always take in another one". And as he has 39 cats is very difficult telling him it isn't so easy. Of course I think it isn't so easy.

| That's where she gets odd, she's very territorial, and doesn't like any new cats around. In her former life beforing adopting me, she was one of many, and she has no intention of allowing that to happen again. I feel bad for her because the boys get so much more of my attention, because they want to be where I am at all times. She doesn't like to be anywhere near Gabe so, being a Lady, actively avoids being around Gabe.

| Don't feel bad. Cats usually are like that. And female cats are very territorial. I'm lucky because my little lady accepts other cats easily. Really I choose her because I thoght she was very patient and tranquil. I'm looking for a new cat and that is my main parameter. I want a cat that accepts living with other cats. Surely Pea is happy.

| She'd be happier as an indoor-outdoor cat. But I am very mean and force her to stay indoors at all times. I have excellent reasons for doing so, but she doesn't see it that way, I'm just being mean. Sometimes I think she'd be happier as a barn cat, but I can't part with her. When she does cuddle she purrs loudly, and she's improving on cuddling, she gets closer, and will enjoy it for longer, before she overstimulates and leaves, and then she comes back fairly quickly.
