My 3yr old spade female cat recently developed a huge wet area around her anus and up the base of her tail. We tried cleaning it and she didnt seem to be in pain at all. The smell is 'different' from poop. Whats wrong with her?!

I've only seen this when a cat has really bad diarrhea, so bad it's just liquid. She'll probably need to see a vet, when it gets that bad it's not usually just an upset tummy. Hope she feels better soon!
