I have deleted all of the messages in my inbox. I show 0/0 messages. Why can't I receive messages?

Thanks.

I need to correct myself:

My inbox still reads 0/50 messages. When I chose to delete the messages, they were simply moved to the Trash. I haven't been able to find the trash to delete them forever; so I am still unable to receive personal messages.

Any suggestions would be great.

Hi, there is a trick to emptying out PM folder.

Click on Control Panel

On the left hand side there is a "Empty Folders" option (under "Edit Folders").

Click on it. Then select the folders that you would like emptied (including "Deleted Items"). Once you have selected the folders you want to be emptied click the "Empty Selected" button at the bottom.

This should help to clean our your PM box. If you still are not receiving PM's you may need to send an e-mail to catsupport@catchannel.com.

You're welcome.

I'm going to pin this topic in case anyone else has trouble with their PM box.

Vettech, are you still having problems retreiving your PMs? I tried sending you  a PM, and it says you're maxed out.

I noticed that Cats_Dolls message box is full too but I didn't want to start a topic just for that.  Perfect timing vettechgirl.

I feel like a shtoop because it took reading this topic to figure out what PM meant.  I was trying to figure out that at 4am when I am on it shows PM in the who's on area.  silly me
