The momma cat I am fostering had her kittens two weeks ago. Since then I took in a litter of three orphaned kittens who could feed off our momma cat. So there are seven kittens in all. The first litter is about two weeks old, and the second litter is about week old now. They are three brown tabbies, three all black ones, and one silver/black marble.
Here are some pictures of them. I'll update that folder as I get more pictures. They're just such a joy that I wanted to share them with you all. All of them are healthy, and most of them have homes to go to already. So that is really a blessing.

Kaura, I just LOVE the babies!!!!! You were very fortunate to get mom cat to accept other babies. I have tried, and failed every time I've tried to introduce a mom to orphan babies. The kittens are just the most gorgeous little creatures! I'm so jealous! I want babies too!

Awwww... Kaura, they are absolutely beautiful!! How exciting to have babies to play with. I have thought about fostering before. Right now it's just me and my three girls.

If you have the time I highly recommend it. It's such a rewarding experience. It's so very hard to give them up, but it's so special when you know you're putting them in good hands. My cats were a little unsure about it all at first. (I have three) But now they're very accepting and actually seem to enjoy it.

I think my girls would accept babies and would play with them, etc if I fostered. I just worry about my work schedule... 10 hours a day, 4 days a week. I don't want them to be home alone so much.
