They thank you, hehe! They're getting so big every day, I'll have to do an update tomorrow. =) Leeloo has the most extraordinary eyes. They're absoluetly huge and just so enthralling. She was the first one placed. ^_~
sk8rgrrl99: It depends on the age of the kittens. If you're taking care of orphaned kittens, that would be too much time away from home. But if you took in a momma cat, that amount of time would be okay. We have a special "cat/kitten" room set aside for the ones we do foster. If I have to leave I do close the door, to insure my other cats won't bother a nervous mother, or newborn babies. It's always helpful to visit a home who fosters cats and kittens. Sometimes seeing and watching is a great way to get started.

How are the babies doing? Do you have any new pics of them?

I do have new pictures. I have been taking them, but just keep forgetting to upload. They're about 3 and 4 weeks old now respectively, I believe. Or actually getting close to 4/5 weeks, so a very very exciting and playful time in thier lives. One of my best friends came to visit from Illinois (where I am orginally from), so she is pictured and credited as Stu in a lot of the pictures. (Stu is just her nickname)
Let me know what you think! I didn't take a lot of time cropping the pictures, so some of them sill need a bit of work.
You can see all of the pictures (old and new) here: http://imageevent.com/kaura/twolitters
P.S. They are doing so good! They took a liking to cardboard boxes, and have soooo much fun playing and jumping in and out of them. This past week they got thier first taste of food and water. Leeloo eats dry food on a regular basis now, and was the easiest to wean, as she took right to it. Tippy, the black kitty with a white tip on her tail, was the first to use the litter box. So we're really on a roll. I've been introducing new noises to them everyday, but the girls are still a little timid when they're surprised. I'm just completely in love =) It's going to be very hard days when they have to leave the nest.

I messed with some of the kitten pictures in Paint Shop Pro X and these are the results:

I am still sort of novice concerning the program, but it's really fun to learn. The frames and photo tubes are my favorite part. Just wanted to share some new pictures as well. They're now 5/6 weeks respectively.
