| We adopted two kittens (Thrash and Kovy) in November that are now 25 (Thrash) and 24 (Kovy) weeks old. We were really curious as to what breeds they were, and if it was possible for one of them to be part ragdoll (Kovy). What traits do ragdolls posess? We are new cat owners and are just trying to make sure that their health is taken care of to the best of our abilities. Thrash (19 Weeks) Kovy (18 Weeks)
Kovy (13 Weeks) Thrash (14 Weeks)
Thrash (14 Weeks)
Kovy (13 Weeks) Thank you so much!!

| They're very cute domestic shorthairs - in other words, mixed-breeds. I don't think they're Ragdoll mixes but can't tell you what might be in their makeup. Ragdolls are large, longhaired cats with blue eyes and very laid-back temperaments. Some are "pointed" like a Siamese, and others are bi-colored - they have an inverted "V" on their face. Anyone have a guess as to what breeds these two might have in them?

| Yeah, we weren't too sure about the ragdoll thing! We were only lead to believe this because of two things... her really soft and fluffy hair (very unlike our other kittens very straight thick hair) and whenever you pick her up she just goes limp (unlike the other cats more stiff nature)! We weren't sure if she was just really friendly, or he was more uncertain about being loving! Thank you all for the feedback!

There is a short hair breed that is known for it's big, wide ears, and, of course, the name of the breed escapes me at the moment. Thrash MAY have this breed in him, but I'm not sure. Otherwise, you have two very adorable domestic short hairs, which are not to be confused with American or British short hairs as many believe. These are actually different breeds.
They are really cute! You're very lucky!

I definitely don't think they have any Ragdoll in them at all, but they are very cute! They might be part Siamese or Oriental because they have wedge-shaped faces.

They are very cute (love the red/white boy) mixed breed kittens. No Ragdoll at all. I don't go by traits when judging a "breed" - go by the body build/fur to make a guess.
Anyway if they are not neutered and spayed yet, get them done. Kittens as young as 4 months old can and will breed. You must keep them separated until they are both done - brother/sister will breed.
Cpt. Jack has arrived safe and sound - big brother Charlie keeps a watchful eye
