I adopted a kitty through Petco and he is now 10 months.  Solid black fur, solid black pads, copper eyes and walks like a panther - more agile than any cat I've ever had - incredible jumper.  Amazing personality - carries toys in his mouth, likes water, and will walk with a harness and leash.  He is also a polydactyl (six toes on front paws), which I know is a genetic fault - but makes him unique - thus his name Bear.

Any opinions?  Here is a picture...

Hmmm...He does look like a Bomay, but then again, manyy mixed breed cats resemble purebreds. Its very possible that he is purebred, especially if you purchased him in a pet store. He's gorgeous either way!

Nice cat, but more then likely he's a mixed breed. Bombays are pretty rare and not common to be running loose, so its very unlikely he's a Bombay or even a Bombay mix.
