Today I went to my humane society to donate some food, with my dad since I can't drive, I had no intentions of adopting a cat, especially since my mom told me not to bring home any animals home. After giving them the food I wanted to play with the kittens, I played with every kitten and petted every cat while my dad petted the same cat the whole time. Someone had picked up this cats papers when my dad wasn't looking so he moved on. Soon after the people that took his papers put them back and my dad called my mom saying that he found a cat. So we ended up with another cat, a cream tabby named Tom Tom. We are changing his name but we haven't decided on anything yet. So now I have three trouble makers!

Wonderful news!  Congratulations!

What do the girls think about their new friend?  And what does the animal formerly known as Tom Tom think about his new gal pals?

OH I am so excited for you!  Your new kitty has found a fantastic home!

He is 9 months old, younger than Coco and older than Sadie. Sadie hates him, she hisses like crazy and then when we try to pet her to make sure she feels loved she growls and hisses at us. Coco is taking this a little lighter, when she saw him she gave him a sniff down for awhile and then hissed a bit. I hope this get better soon, I just want a stress free house.

Sadie just wants him to understand that she is the baby of the family!  She'll teach him and then she'll be fine.

p.s. Your dad sounds like a peach of a guy - but I bet your mom takes you to the shelter next time you donate food!

Remember cats can live for a very long time. Over 30 years in some cases if fed species approte food such as raw feeding or good canned.

Foods to try. Stay away from dry if you can help it .

Innova EVO

Instincts

Natures Logic

Wellness core/ grain free

Natures variety, chicken/turkey ( Raw)

Barvo( raw)

Primal (raw)

Are you sure your mom isn't too upset?, cats are not dogs they are NOT pack animals. The cats may never get along.

Do you plan on taking them with when you move?. If you do you will have to look HARD for a landlord that wont torture them by making you get them de clawed.

The cats is so loveable, he wasn't shy at all, when we got him home we had him in the spare room but he just wanted to leave and explore the house, so he has free roam. I slept in his room last night so that Coco and Sadie could have a break from him and he wouldn't leave me alone, rubbing all over me, geting in the bed with me, he is so cute! I think Coco wants to be his friend but she doesn't know what to think of him yet, Sadie still doesn't like him but it is sightly better than yesterday but he just wants to play! My mom isn't too upset she loves him, she thinks that he is the cutest thing. My dad is at fault for all my cats, he is just a cat person. When I do move out, which won't be for a long time because the college I am going is 30 minutes away from my house so I will be living at home during college, I won't be taking away of my cats. My parents won't let me, they say that the cats would be too upset by the move but I know that they just want them for themselves!

New Kitty is very cute but he does have one bad habit, he jumps on the counters and the dining room table, but that can easly be fixed with the help of a squirt bottle.
