He has done this now for a few months and out of of the blue. I have 2 cats and he is very tempermental. He likes her when he wants to. It doesn't bother him if the box is clean or dirty. He road cross country last year and didn't go the whole time we were on the road. So he held it for 53 hrs straight. Then back on Dec 31 he pooped in my bed for the second time in 2 days. then he was good up to 3 months ago and [refrain from using profanity] twice in my room over night when I was gone for the night. and I got home yesterday he went in his cat bed in my room. He doesn't pee just poops.  Anybody have any advise cause i'm very frustrated and grossed out. And will be forced by my roommates to get rid of him if it keeps up.

So please help with advise on how to deal or treat this problem

I would suggest taking you cat to the vet because this could be a medical problem.

Yes, you need to first consult your vet to be sure there are no digestive problems.

I went through the same thing with my cat Tundra-he decided he would rather poop in my bathroom rather than taking the trip to the litter. He was perfectly healthy. So I bought my first round of feliway diffusers. It took a couple weeks but he did stop. Every time there is a change in their "routine" I go back to feliway. It is a godsend for multicat households.

Life without cats is boring!
